Hard to pick a favourite but I think I really like the emotion series by safwah.publications. I love how these books connect emotions with our Muslim identity and our connection with Allah SWT. I have bought a lot of books that talk about emotions but none touched upon this aspect.

Super amazing stories (Book: True Stories from Muslim History). I am just obsessed. It's super easy for kids to understand also anyone can read it and gain knowledge about islam In this story they told how important congregational prayer (Jamaat k sath namaz) is. Also they provide ahadees and Quran references in their books.
